February's Trip (Part 3)

*ALERT!!! Long post with many pictures!!! Please don't read with empty stomach!!! :p*

We overslept... Hahaha... Maybe it's because of jetlag and the cold weather, we all woke up really late the next day :D Hence, we decided to go to the ski resort instead of Nami Island that day... We left the guesthouse at noon to Konjiam Ski Resort in Gwangju... It took 1-2 hours from Seoul (by subway then by bus and after that by taxi). When we arrived there, we decided to have a lunch first at Lotteria (it's a fast food restaurant like KFC). Then, we bought the tickets & rental equipments for ski. It's 61,000 won/person for ski (including the ski elevator & equipments) and 63,000 won/person for snowboard for 4 hours!! Wow, it's quite expensive! Since it's our first time to ski, we decided we had to try it... At least for once :)

SNOW!!! :D

Strike a pose before skiing~ :)

I really wish I didn't wear jeans that day... *Yes, I only brought jeans from Indonesia* I can rent the clothes for ski too, jackets and pants, for 15,000 won, but I didn't because I thought I didn't need it, my jacket was suitable for ski... In reality, my pants got really wet when I was skiing, and I fell not only once but almost all the way I went down the lane... Hahaha... *I'm so bad at ski ^^* So, I decided to walk down on foot and carry the equipments all the way down... Hahaha... I gave up skiing... Of course I didn't forget to take a proof photo of me with the ski equipments after that :D

At 5-7 PM the ski resort is closed, and it's already 5 PM, so the staffs informed all the visitors to clear out all the ski area... There's a free shuttle bus from Konjiam Resort to the bus station and it came on 7 PM, while waiting for the bus, we went to take a look at the resort's lobby *we warmed-up ourselves and took pictures there :P*

The ski area looked so beautiful at night :)

On the way back to Seoul, we felt hungry... *since it's dinner time already* We saw there were few pojangmacha near the subway station to Seoul *yes, it's the famous street stalls whom I only seen in Korean dramas :)* The food already tempted us to go there, so we decided to have dinner in there... And we didn't regret it :)

We even had a nickname for the ahjumma, we called her Eun Seo's mom :)

We ate instant ramyun for dinner but it's so delicious!!! *it tasted really different than the one I made myself at home, maybe it because we felt really hungry that day or maybe because it's in Korea, who knows? :p*

Eun Seo's mom was so nice to us, she served some dishes for us to be tasted :)

The same 'ampela' as in Indonesia

Ddeokbokki (spicy rice cake), it's so yummy~ :9

We also tasted Odeng (Fish Cakes), sorry, I forgot to take the picture ^^"

Since it's cold at night, my friend ordered soju to share... Ah, what a great day! :)

It's really a fun experience for us... After having a really satisfying dinner, we went back to the guesthouse and decided to sleep early because we'll leave early for Nami Island the next day... And it'll be a quite long trip for us :)
